Nicole is Of Counsel to Zunder and Associates, having recently consolidated her practice (Kievit & Silbaugh) with the firm. Her practice primarily involves family law, including child custody, termination of parental rights, adoptions, child and spousal support, divorce, and equitable distribution.
In addition to her family practice, Nicole maintains an estate-administration practice, and also practices litigation on behalf of her clients, including estate-administration disputes, property disputes, and contract disputes.
Prior to joining the firm, Nicole worked as an associate attorney with the Valencia firm of Kievit & Silbaugh, which she later purchased and operated for three years. Prior to that, she served as a law clerk for the Honorable Kelley T.D. Streib of the Butler County Court of Common Pleas.
In her spare time, Nicole serves as the Moot Court coach for the Knoch High School Youth and Government program, she serves on the Executive Committee of the Butler County Bar Association, the Board of Directors of the Associated Artists of Butler County, the Butler Symphony, and the Penn Theater. Nicole is also an active member of the Butler A.M. Rotary, Soroptimists International of Butler County, and the Butler Drug and Alcohol Council. She lives in Adams Township.
