Heather Sicignano's Bio

Heather primarily focuses her practice on family law, including divorce, custody, child and spousal support, juvenile law, and adoptions, and has done so for the last seventeen years. Previously a licensed title agent managing a title company, she also has significant real estate law experience, as well as experience in estates and estate planning. With her twenty years of experience, she is a seasoned litigator having successfully handled cases against some of the largest family law firms in Western Pennsylvania. She does not shy away from taking complex or difficult cases, often when other attorneys will not. Heather represents clients in Western Pennsylvania, including Allegheny, Butler, Beaver, Lawrence, Mercer, Westmoreland, and Washington counties. She uses her balance of practical and realistic advice, strategic negotiation, and zealous advocacy to ensure the best outcome possible for the clients.

Heather is a Pittsburgh-area native who brings her passion for family and community to her practice of law. She grew up in the North Hills of Pittsburgh and is a graduate of Hampton High School in Hampton Township, Allegheny County. She attended Indiana University of Pennsylvania and graduated Cum Laude in 2002. Heather holds bachelor's degrees in criminology and pre-law and received her juris doctorate in 2005 from Duquesne University School of Law in Pittsburgh. Heather resides in Butler County with her husband and two children. She enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, sports, community activities, and home projects.

Heather is a well-respected member of the bar and has received recognition for her professionalism and experience. She holds a 9.5 (Superb) rating by Avvo and has received endorsements by her peers.
